Join the Freedom Area Recreation Council and Freedom Fitness for its Ninth-Annual Health Expo! 

Exhibitions and entertainment will be provided by various dance, fitness, and martial arts groups from across South Carroll County. There will be parks and recreation program information, free children’s face painting, free health screenings, and free healthy lifestyle information for the whole family.

Therapeutic Kneads will be on hand offering free chair massages!
