Terms and Conditions
In these Program Terms and Conditions, "you" or "your" means the Therapeutic Kneads Client and account.
Ability to Earn Rewards: If your Account has a negative balance, you may be prohibited from earning points and may forfeit any rewards already on your Account. If your Account is closed for any reason, your membership in the Program will be terminated and the total balance of your accumulated reward earnings not used will be forfeited. You will also forfeit any accumulated points if you cancel your Program membership or the Program is terminated. Additionally, any fraud or abuse related to the accrual of points will result in forfeiture of accrued points as well as cancellation of membership in the Program. If your points are forfeited for any reason, they will not be reinstated.
Membership: While the Program is in operation, your participation in the Program will be renewed automatically each year, so long as your Account is active, unless you notify us of cancellation. The Program is not subject to a yearly program fee.
Earning Rewards: You will earn one (1) point for each dollar ($1) of Net Purchases made with your Account at Therapeutic Kneads in Eldersburg, Maryland and online with Therapeutic Kneads. In addition, you will earn one thousand (1000) points for every new client that elects you as a referral account. When you book a yoga or meditation class online through our portal, you will earn fifty (50) points. You will also earn twenty (20) points when booking online appointments. "Net Purchases" means purchases of goods and services made by you minus any returns or refunds. Point accrual will begin upon the Enrollment Date in the Program. "Enrollment Date" is the day on which you elect to "Opt-in". No retroactive points will be awarded. You do not earn points on cancelled class bookings, cancelled online appointment bookings, or changing of assigned referral person. Points will be deducted for any returns or credits made on your Account. Purchases using an Account must be returned for credit using the same Account, and are subject to the merchant's return policies. Points will appear on your online account with Therapeutic Kneads. From time to time there may be promotional offers for the Program, which provide the opportunity to earn additional points as defined by the terms of the promotion. If a sale generating rewards points is returned, the points earned will also be returned.
Earning Restrictions: Points earned are not transferable, have no cash value and may not be used as payment on an Account or for any obligations to Therapeutic Kneads. If there is any abuse of the Program, failure to follow Program terms or any misrepresentation by you, all points shall be forfeited and no additional points shall accumulate. Points from separate Accounts, even having the same address, may not be combined onto one Account. There is no maximum number of points that you can accumulate in the Program. However, you may not use more than 5000 points in one day. One discount per person, per day.
Expiration: Points earned in this Program will expire 365 days from date earned.
Points Process: Subject to these Terms and Conditions, points will accumulate and a $10 account credit will be issued for every one-thousand 1,000 points earned. Points cannot begin to be redeemed until 1000 points have been earned. You must have a minimum amount of one-thousand (1000) points to use for rewards. You cannot use more than 5000 points in one day.
Reward Restrictions: Rewards are only valid for purchases at Therapeutic Kneads and online with Therapeutic Kneads. Rewards are not redeemable for Therapeutic Kneads gift cards, gift certificates, e-gift cards, any third party gift cards or cash. Rewards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or its equivalent, and any unused portion will not be returned as cash. Rewards may not be used as payment on an Account or for any obligations to Therapeutic Kneads. Rewards are valid for one (1) year from earned date set forth on the Rewards account. Rewards points are not "gift certificates" or "gift cards." You do not earn rewards points for non-cash equivalent transactions. Points are not doubled when two or more activities are joined together. For example, if you book and pay for an appointment online, you will receive points for either booking online or for making a purchase—not both. You may not redeem more than 5000 points in one day. One discount per person, per day.
Program Restrictions: Any client may be disqualified from participation in the Program and all points and rewards may be eliminated due to violation of Program Terms and Conditions or fraudulent activity.
Right to Change/Modify/Cancel: The Program and benefits are offered by Therapeutic Kneads, LLC. Therapeutic Kneads reserves the right to cancel, modify, restrict, waive or terminate the Program or any aspects or features of the Program at any time without prior notice.
Program Responsibility: Any disputes concerning rewards will not affect your payment obligation on your Account. We are not responsible for any disputes among you or any authorized users relating to the Program. Questions regarding the Program should be directed to wellness@therakneads.com.
